The Vancouver Arts Exchange Centre (.vax) is an emerging arts and cultural exchange platform for global artists, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are committed to supporting the creative development of artists and fueling cross-regional arts and cultural activities through the output of artist residency programs and arts and cultural events.

We honor the social significance of artistic creation and understand that culture cannot be forcibly transplanted. For us, this means respecting and valuing the original cultural landscape of Vancouver and Canada within the .vax platform. We are committed to creating an integrated platform for art and cultural exchange through feedback from artists from different regions around the world on Vancouver's local cultural foundation, rather than unilaterally promoting the creations and ideas brought by participating artists.

We are committed to contributing to society through our activities, while providing development opportunities for promising young artists early in their careers.
